Important Notes / Caution 

• Material options & customization: All product designs may be adjusted. Options include 10K and Silver, and other karats such as 16K can also be custom-made—please contact us for inquiries.

• Made-to-order item: Because this product is custom-made, cancellation or refunds are difficult after the order is confirmed.

• Mold kit shipping: Once you place this order, I will ship a moulding kit to your address along with instructions on how to take your mould. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the mould kit back to me. You will also receive an order form to confirm which tooth you would like the plain cap to fit.

• Production time: Custom production may take 1 week or longer depending on workload and design details.

• Photo is for reference: The image shown is for design reference only; final results may vary slightly based on your teeth shape and fit.

• Price is per tooth (per 1 pc): All grillz are priced per 1 tooth piece. The displayed price is per piece, so you must select the quantity (number of teeth/pcs) in the options when ordering.

• In-person visit available: You may also visit us directly for consultation/impression. In-store visit is available at our address.

• 주문제작 상품: 본 제품은 주문제작으로 진행되어 주문 확정 후 취소 및 환불이 어렵습니다.

• 치아 몰딩 키트 배송: 주문 완료 후 고객님 주소로 몰딩 키트와 몰딩 방법 안내를 발송해드립니다. 몰딩 키트를  다시 보내는 반송 배송비는 고객님 부담입니다. 또한 플레인 캡(plain cap) 이 어느 치아에 맞게 제작될지 확인하기 위한 주문서도 함께 제공됩니다.

• 제작 기간: 주문제작 특성상 1주 이상 소요될 수 있습니다(작업량/디자인에 따라 변동).

• 사진은 참고용: 사진상 이미지는 디자인 참고용이며, 치아 형태 및 피팅에 따라 결과물은 일부 달라질 수 있습니다.

• 개당(1pcs) 가격 표기: 모든 그릴즈는 치아 1개(1pcs)당 가격으로 표시됩니다. 표시된 금액은 개당 가격이므로 주문 시 옵션에서 갯수(치아 수량)를 선택해야 합니다.
